Research
Interests:
My research interests center around the notation, and its associated meaning, of what
is generally referred to as “software.”
This includes programming languages, programming language paradigms,
intermediate code, language syntax and semantics, translation systems, and
the support of software design and development. I have an ongoing interest in the
development of quantum computer algorithms and programming systems. The ultimate goal of my work is the
development of a unifying notation—along with a corresponding formal
foundation—for software.
